So, you have an online business...

Are you experiencing a sudden total drop in sales?

I bet you all do, in a way or another, make sure that:

But in the last year alone MILLIONS of well designed, established and profitable websites have had a huge drop in sales, even if their traffic looked very good.

I'm a professional IT network administrator and programmer with 20 years of experience in client-server applications, and I have seen this thing over and over again on my clients (some of them here, among you!): big traffic, excellent business plan, good results for a while and suddenly and without explanation, big drop in sales. And I know first hand that in a corporate environment huge amounts of money are spent specifficaly to avoid this, and I also know that without a professional IT background normal businesses don't take measures against something they're usually not even aware it exists. You will (quite understandably) preffer a "Set it and forget it" kind of business.

So:

WHEN was the last time you CHECKED where your organic search, hard work achieved results are pointing to? Have you ever seen ...

...your traffic stats looking like this?

HINT: Don't blame it on the PANDA!

Real experience:

Real experience:

I'm sure you have a good antivirus on your computer and you wouldn’t dream that your sales could have something to do with an "alien" virtual entity - BUT they do! And that's more frequent than you think - maybe even you already have one of this in you (I mean in your business server, wherever it's located). And you know what this "alien" does? It makes you work for another guy somewhere, or it puts you on a black list, or both. It doesn't necessarily kills you (I mean your business, your sales - sometimes it does!), but it doesn't let you thrive. It doesn't mess with your computer, so your antivirus don't have a clue about it.

It's a sophisticated piece of software capable of very bad things (loss of money AND credibility in front of your potential clients) which doesn't infect your local computer, but the servers that host your businesses, beyond your rich: a malware / badware of some kind.

AND you expose your site's visitors without knowing it... Google reacts very bad at this, usually by black listing you.

Real experience:

I know for sure that many of you are using Wordpress or  Joomla or MediaWiki or MyBB (...and a HUGE list may continue here) or MySQL. The following updates are frequently part of my proffesional business email (don't mind the fancy presentation, my web designer thought is cooler that way than simply croping some email texts):

wordpress malware        MySQL malware        GoDaddy and Joomla malware

...and on and on in hundreds of cases monthly:

The problem is serious and it worth your attention.

Thing is: if it is NOT a plugin, then your CMS may be the Achilles tendon and if you do not use any CMS but MySQL, then the latter may definitely take this role… Is worse than this possible? I am afraid yes: Apache.org was hacked due to a few configuration mistakes made by the Apache team!!!

How many sites were Lately compromised in just one go?

If you use WordPress you’re probably aware of the mass infection caused by a vulnerability in the timthumb.php script, a photo manipulation script included in many themes and plugins.

Sites were compromised with anything from malware to Blackhat SEO spam, to .htaccess redirections.
It would be useful to gain metrics based on the amount of sites that were truly affected, the problem is that it’s very hard to estimate how many sites were in fact compromised. 1 thousand, 100 thousand, 1 million?

We found a way to get close to the actual numbers.

Basically you’re able to identify the compromised sites by looking for a speciffic error message, and this is what we got in this particular case:

Yes, over 1 million pages had this error when Google crawled it!

Now, if you consider that not all sites have display_errors enabled, and that many of them were not crawled by Google when the malware domain was down, we can see that the number of compromised sites is still very large. We would guess in the couple of million.

That’s a whole slew of sites affected by one 3rd party script in which a vulnerability was found and subsequently exploited. All of those sites where black listed by Google then. A lot of money down the drain.

Don't lose business due to pesky malware!

When your business is at stake, you can't just do something to secure your site and hope that it works. You need to be completely confident that everything you do will help your sales. Malware Nightmare Gone In Several Hours With Web Integrity Monitor

I just wanted to say BIG thanks to you guys! I’ve never faced any malware stuff before the recent days when all my sites on some hosting were infected by malware and blacklisted by google. I knew about this accidentally, when my earnings dropped significantly.
Until I addressed Web Integrity Monitor service, dealing with malware was a nightmare!!! I was unable to even run any wordpress updates that sometimes help to remove some malware codes.
I had to run countless sucuri.net tests trying to find which pages and files were infected. Then, I copied the malware code found by sucuri and manually downloaded all the .php and .js files, removed the malware code and then uploaded files back to hosting!
It took me around 5 days of manual labor, and still 1 site was infected, no matter what I did. Every time I entered the URL in browser, there was a red warning message – can you imagine how much traffic (and income) I lost due to that!
So I addressed WIM service, explained my problem – and within several hours ALL the malware infections were wiped out for good – even after days of manual work, I missed a ton of files that still had malware code.
All my sites are now clean and white listed, and this red warning disappeared finally! Thank you WIM team for fast delivery and complete cleaning and white listing of this malware, will definitely address to your services after this nightmare.

What we really do:

Real Testimonial from here:

Recently I found a drop in conversion from some of my sites that were hosted on 1 hosting (600host.co.uk)

When I checked these domains, I was unable to even see the site and that ugly big red warning "This site attacks computers" or like that appeared on all these my sites. So, starting from Jan 1 to Jan 7 it took me 7 days of dealing with this stuff - changing hosting, running countless reports on sucuri.net and manually removing all the malware codes I could find. I managed to rescure 4 sites but 1 sites still had this malware and was blacklisted by google safeguard.

So I didn't hesitate a second to give my FTP credentials and today within just several hours ALL the malware was identified and completed wiped out of my wordpress files, and the site was whitelisted.

I just got .pdf report with all the details, so I'm writing this post here for all who still have doubts.

These guyes are for real, it's well worth it if you ever faced this malware attack - believe me, it can kill your earnings without you even knowing it, in case you have dozens of sites and cannot manually check them every day!
